Updating your content on a regular basis and keeping your website fresh for repeat visitors is an essential part of managing your online presence. We take great pride in our ability to respond to your maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Since every law firm has different needs regarding website maintenance we have developed a couple of options.
Monthly Maintenance Options
Option A (predetermined discounted maintenance package)
- If your website requires regular updates we can design a maintenance program that offers your organization a predetermined number of discounted hours to keep maintenance costs at a minimum. For example, if you foresee the need for 5 hours of updates per month you can lock in 5 hours of maintence work at a
40 percent discount off of the regular rate (hourly rates are disclosed in your design proposal).
Option B (On Demand Updates)
- No commitments, no costs until you need work done. This is a favorable option if you do not anticipate needing many updates to the website. Updates are billed at the regular hourly rate under this option. Rates are 40 percent higher than Option A - but, there are no recurring monthly payments. Once again, the billable rate is disclosed in the design proposal.
